"Wonderful phone service, attentive and caring, and they happily worked within my budget for a delivery order I sent to a friend for her book club's October meeting. I didn't know what to get and the woman on the phone took time to ask questions and patiently offered suggestions that resulted in the perfect gift, a pumpkin planter with succulents! She then went the extra mile to check with the driver that my delivery would arrive on time and verified it with a callback to me after I placed the order. It was such a delight to experience this kind of extra caring customer service, I smiled all day after my order. Oh, and the planter?
