What services do you offer?
How should I care for my bouquet?
Fresh Cut Flower arrangements:
Upon receiving your flowers, please add more water until the vase is full.
And to keep your arrangement fresh, change the water every 2-3 days.
Orchids and Succulents:
Slightly add water (with a spray bottle if possible) on the bottom of each plant every 2 weeks.
If traveling putting 3 ice cubes in the dirt is a helpful tip. The cubes melt for just the right amount of water.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four to five hours on orders received before cut off time. For pick-ups or time-sensitive deliveries please call the shop directly: 415-388-7781
How much is delivery?
Delivery prices for daily flower bouquets range from $16-$33 depending on the town. Prices are calculated at checkout.

We deliver all over Marin and some parts of Northern San Francisco! Towns include but are not limited to: Mill Valley, Larkspur, Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, Corte Madera, Greenbrae, Kentfield, Ross, San Anselmo, San Rafael, Muir Beach, Lucas Valley, and Fairfax.

What if nobody is home?
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will make every attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, out of direct sunlight or rain if possible.
If you do not wish the flowers to be left unattended, please ensure that you make note of that in ur order notes and the flowers will be returned to the shop for pickup. Unfortunately due to busy delivery schedules, flowers may not be delivered twice.
In some cases, time permitting, our team may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?
Please note that floristry is an art form, therefore, each designer creates art with their interpretations. Although we have photos on the website of the designs, each design is individually created and we match the flowers, shape etc. but it's not going to be an exact match with the photo. Also each arrangement and container might vary slightly depending on local availability.
